Trainers are very valuable at the academy. They help out with any behaviour problems and teach the pupils how to take care of their horse when they aren't riding. Trainers MUST know what they're doing and MUST be availible to help a pupil 24/7.
An example of what you may need to do:
Train a rearer/bucker/bolter/bronker
Train a biter/kicker
Lunge
Help students with smaller problems (e.g. Suggest what type of bit they should use.)
