In 1994Kingsmere had reached its prime. It trained world class riders and horses and every application space was filled with in minutes of being open. Only the best instructers worked here, most being imported from different countries. The college was also home to some of the worlds best horses. But, their pride and joy was Black Bird. A six year old Thoroughbred stallion, who had won many of the top races and was serving as a stud for the college, covering many of their champion mares.
But, one cold February morning everything went wrong. Black Bird's groom found his stable empty. She and many others searched high and low for the stallion but he was not found. The police were soon involved and three months later found the bones of a horse that matched Black Bird's DNA. The college were devistated and lost many of their students and sponsers. However, they managed to carry on with only one sponser and a broken reputation.
Resently a Dapple grey colt named Kingston Close was bought by the school and he started to excell on the race track showing exceptional speed, stamina and intelligence. Soon after rumours began to spread about the colt and the historical stallion, Black Bird. They spoke of Black Bird being stolen but kept alive and used as a stud.
Many people approched the head Marster of the school, now dead, and asked him to take DNA tests of the colt to prove the rumour true or false. He denied their requests, scared that it would stir things up and hey would once again loose sponsers that they managed to scrape back.
Is this new horse a direct relation of Black Bird? Is the Head Master trying to cover someting up? Is Black Bird still alive? Only you have the power to find out.
